LCEUSD targets opportunities within the 500 largest market capitalisation companies, applying a disciplined, top-down investment framework rooted in proprietary Fundamental Momentum research. The strategy is engineered to navigate varying market environments by systematically managing risk across multiple dimensions, including macroeconomic conditions, inflation dynamics, sector allocation, and individual security selection.

At the core of the strategy is a dynamic sector allocation process. A proprietary model evaluates all ten major sectors and identifies the top five sectors based on forward-looking fundamental momentum signals. Within these selected sectors, securities are chosen using a robust set of fundamental criteria, ensuring high-quality portfolio construction. The model is reassessed and rebalanced on a quarterly (90-day) cycle, maintaining alignment with evolving market conditions.

The portfolio typically comprises approximately 50 equity positions, complemented by a bond ETF allocation to enhance risk-adjusted returns. Importantly, the strategy incorporates a defensive overlay, with the flexibility to transition entirely into fixed income—via a single bond ETF—during periods of heightened market stress or adverse signals.
